nowhere in the constitution or in the bill of rights does it say that these rights we have as human beings only apply to us citizens. they apply to all. So enemy combatants, Mexicans, and yes, even Iraqis have all the rights of the constitution. NO MATTER where. The US government MUST always treat ALL people this way.
I think it is time for the supreme court, the congress, the president, the media to make that clear. not just citizens, everyone.
